Melamine Impregnated Paper
Precision-coated with modified melamine resin, engineered for superior lamination results.
The critical link between design and durability. We transform premium decor papers into ready-to-press films using state-of-the-art impregnation lines. By strictly controlling volatile content and resin flow, our films ensure bubble-free bonding, crystal-clear transparency after pressing, and optimal release properties for Short Cycle Presses.

How Can We Help?
Modified Resin for Crystal Clarity
The magic lies in the mixture. We use our proprietary modified melamine-formaldehyde resin with eco-friendly additives. This advanced formula ensures that the resin becomes completely transparent upon activation under heat and pressure, allowing the underlying wood grain or stone texture to pop with HD vividness. Our resin also includes internal release agents, ensuring the board separates smoothly from the steel plate every time, increasing your production speed.
How Can We Help?
Precise Volatile Control (V.C.)
One size does not fit all. We customize the Volatile Content (V.C.) and Pre-curing degree based on your specific machinery (Low-pressure Short Cycle Press or Continuous Press). Our two-stage drying tunnels utilize infrared sensors to maintain moisture tolerance within ±0.5%. This precision prevents common lamination defects like surface bubbles, white spots, or delamination, ensuring a perfect bond to PB, MDF, or Plywood cores.
How Can We Help?
Enhanced Surface Performance
Beyond aesthetics, we engineer durability. For high-traffic applications like flooring or countertops, we offer Overlay Films or liquid overlay technology adding Aluminum Oxide (Al2O3) particles into the resin. This boosts the abrasion resistance significantly (up to AC3 – AC5 class). The finished surface becomes resistant to scratches, moisture, heat, and household chemicals, extending the lifespan of your final furniture products.
