A perfect mold requires a strong foundation. Unlike standard MDF used in furniture, Arrebol door skins utilize E1/CARB P2 grade HDF (High-Density Fiberboard) with a density exceeding 900 kg/m ³. This ultra-compact core ensures that even deep-molded designs (up to 3mm depth) remain sharp and structural integrity is maintained without cracking. It also provides superior moisture resistance and impact strength compared to standard plywood skins.
